iAmCjCutts Fitness: I am not here to compete with successful, commercial having, certified professional personal/Entertainment trainers. I'm here for 1 reason, that 1 reason being is to help those in need. You don't have to be extremely ripped with 2-5% body fat to be sexy or handsome you just have to be healthy and happy with your weight. If you're not, this is where you need to be WELCOME. Even if you lose just 20 lbs on My program you should be very proud of yourself and I will be too. I want to help you build muscle while losing weight, become healthier and ecstatic about working out. Lets face it, working out isn't the most enjoyable sport to do, don't let anyone fool you. But it will get you great results if you work hard. So where do we go from here??? You tell me... How bad do you want this? Are you comfortable with the way you look or feel? I'm a strong believer in "Looking good makes you feel good". So let's get it in!
