Getting Started "If Not You Then Who, If Not Now, Then When?"

 
When you first get started you're going to feel lethargic because that is what your body has grown accustomed to. Try a more gradual start, ease your body into a more productive routine, this will help you feel more energetic and stronger. Walk around your neighborhood. Jog lightly until you perspire a lot. Run more until you’re gasping and trying to inhale every bit of the air around you.
 
JUST GET STARTED, IF NOT YOU THEN WHO!!!! IF NOT NOT THEN WHEN??
